To all attendees of NKUC:
The Major Capital Projects Task Group (MCP) has decided to take a step back before proceeding with the Accessibility Project, and spend a little more time to make sure that we are really on the right track. To that end, we are asking all persons who attend NKUC to complete a short survey, which lists a number of proposals that had been submitted by the various standing committees within the church. Read on for the link to the survey.

The program will rearrange your selections in numerical order as you go through them.
It should be noted that this survey is open to all attendees, and not limited to one survey per household, so if two or more adults at this e-mail address attend NKUC, all should fill in a separate survey.
We will also be distributing hard copies of the survey at church, so please do not fill in more than one.
Your feedback is important, so please take a few minutes and complete the survey. We ask that it be completed no later than August 2, 2015.
