North Kildonan United Church is an active facility for faith gatherings and community events. We have several rental opportunities with rooms available for occasional or regular use in an alcohol-free setting.
Our building is fully accessible with washrooms on the main and lower levels. We have a full kitchen, Wifi, air-conditioning throughout the building, parking for 55 vehicles plus street parking, a landscaped patio area and meeting rooms of various sizes.

Our custodian is available for set up of furniture or audio/visual requirements in addition to the rental cost.
Sanctuary – Our beautiful sanctuary is available for weddings and is also an ideal setting for concerts, workshops, recitals, and more. The sanctuary accommodates 125-150 people on padded chairs which allows for flexible seating. There is a choir loft, video and sound system. There is a separate nursery at the rear of the sanctuary providing inclusivity and comfort for parents with small children.
Lower Hall – The Lower Hall of NKUC can accommodate up to 125 persons with foldable tables and chairs available with the rental cost. There is a screen and audio/visual capability for presentations. Renter must supply a laptop computer.
Kitchen – Our full kitchen is located in the Lower Hall and includes a commercial dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. Use of dishes, coffee service etc. can be negotiated at the time of rental.
Meeting Rooms – There is one small meeting room in the Lower Hall (ideal as a break-out room) and a Nursery room which could be converted to a meeting room. The Siemens Meeting Room can accommodate 10-12 persons with tables, chairs, sofas, and a television and DVD player available.
Outdoor Patio – Our landscaped yard features flower beds and shrubs with a patio, arbor and benches presenting a wonderful area for reflection. Our large grassed area on the north side of the church building is ideal for picnics or games.
