G’Day Mate

kanagaroo Sunny SundayNo need to have a face like a dropped pie. Next week (Jan. 29) “Sunny Sunday” takes us Down Under for a virtual visit to Australia and New Zealand. It may be a long flight, but we’ll have you there in a tick. We’ll hear Australian songs, taste Australian food (they say that crocodile tastes like chicken, and kangaroo like pork, and with all those culinary delights you’ll be as full as a centipede’s sock drawer) see Australian scenery, and worship in an Australian way. But remember even though it’s January, its summer down under, so dress accordingly. But if you forget your thongs, no worries. No need to go off like a frog in a sock. It just means there are kangaroos loose in the top paddock. We’ll pour you a pint, and just throw another shrimp on the Barbie!
