In his letter to the Philippians, Paul advises them to be “anxious for nothing.” While we know that worry literally kills us, most of us also find ourselves fretting about something sometimes. We can get so caught up in replaying scenes from our past or stewing about the future, that we can miss the gift that is the present.
In this series of Wednesday evenings, participants will be introduced to some time-proven practices and exercises that can help us to calm our nerves, and be better able to live in the present moment.
